Regarding Belt Loops

These custom belt loops are better then the standard loops as they can hold a greater variety of weapons:

 

This is a sturdy, well-made belt loop, covered in charcoal grey dragonhide and designed to carry a hafted weapon comfortably and securely. The rings around top and bottom, forged from blackened steel, gleam with a satin sheen. The surface is dotted with skull-and-crossbone motifs, each one grinning madly. Of course, skulls can't do much else.

It could sheathe an axe, mace, keyring, baton, whip, cane, flail or hammer.
